Thursday Market // Every Thursday

The Thursday market is open every Thursday from 3pm to 7:30pm on North Park Way, rain or shine! The market features roughly +45 independent vendors presenting fresh, locally grown, seasonal and organic produce and flowers, as well as handmade arts and crafts and tempting selections of gourmet food.

SDCCU Festival of Arts // May

Spend the day with family and friends exploring the historic and hip North Park neighborhood on University Ave between 30th and 32nd Street. This free festival has grown into a local tradition that includes unique art, vendor booths, live graffiti art demonstrations, fabulous food, craft beer, and exciting live music performances spread across several stages.

Viva North Park // May

Viva North Park is an annual Cinco de Mayo celebration put on by City Tacos. This is a free community celebration with all day festivities, including food trucks, cocktail bars, kids zones, performers and live music! Food at the event is always authentic and delicious, as City Tacos has won “Best Tacos in San Diego” for multiple years in a row. Get into the spirit of Cinco de Mayo at this annual event in North Park!

Taste of North Park // October

Taste of North Park combines more than 40 restaurants, microbreweries, local galleries, and boutiques who open their doors on a Saturday afternoon and spill out onto the sidewalks with tantalizing sample cuisine. From cafes and bistros to five star dining, the event affords foodie fanatics from the North Park hood and from all over San Diego the perfect opportunity to sample an array of delicious and diverse cuisines.

Day of the Dead Festival // October

The Day of the Dead Festival North Park celebrates the tradition of celebrating one of Mexico’s most culturally vibrant festivities. Bringing together an array of Mexican-themed artisanal crafter purveyors from throughout the US, popular food trucks with a regional foodie-following, and a select choice of beer, mezcal, and tequila vendors in our spirit cantina. The Day of the Dead festival continues to welcome people from all around the south-western United States. We invite you to join us in continuing to bring Mexico and its culture to North Park as we celebrate the joy of life through its magical festivities.

Toyland Parade // December
